Located just 30 minutes south of Fort Wayne, our 79-bed hospital blends a commitment to technological advancements with a hometown touch unique to communities our size. Our medical staff features more than 50 physicians representing over 20 primary and specialty services.

As we continually strive to meet the health care needs of our community, we are renovating our patient care areas and adding new services. Our skilled nursing, ICU, and medical/surgical areas have been completely remodeled. We also recently opend our new 2-bed sleep lab.
